Project arrangement
The development of the project is part of an iterative process divided into project phases: preliminary planning, draft planning, execution planning.
If the various project phases are not clearly separated from each other, the interim controls after each phase will also serve no purpose. Expectations of planning, deadlines and cost limits can shift undesirably as a result.
At the end of the day, a coherent overall concept has to be created that shows a high level of user comfort in a healthy environment.
