Social competence RSE

As a company based in a multicultural country and characterized by cross-border commuters with employees from 8 different nations, Goblet Lavandier & Associés signed the Luxembourg Diversity Charter ("Charte de la diversité Lëtzebuerg") in 2014, which reaffirms its commitment and ambition to:

  • respect and value the talents and competencies of each individual and place them at the heart of corporate culture and office practice;
  • contribute to the operation of a sensitive office policy that allows everyone to find their place and develop further.
  • to go beyond the relevant legal provisions on diversity and non-discrimination to consider multicultural diversity as a real performance advantage.

After receiving the "ESR Entreprise Socialement Responsable" award for the fourth time in 2019, Goblet Lavandier & Associés became a member of the Luxembourg professional association Pro RSE at the end of the same year.

Although the demographic requirements are weighted differently, Michael Grün, influenced by his professional career in Luxembourg, has integrated this concept into Trier's corporate culture as a matter of course.
